Victory Learning Academy NJ is a faith-based private learning center located in Leonia, NJ in Bergen County. We are a learning community that believes parents have the human right and the freedom to make decisions on behalf of their children in all aspects of health and education. We believe the home is the most important part of any child’s education. We offer opportunities for socialization, and academic growth.
At VLA, we teach all core subjects for elementary aged students. We are a faith based center with emphasis on family, morals, and integrity. Our core subjects (literacy, math, science and social studies) are taught using a variety of resources. Multiple teaching strategies are implemented in order to accommodate different learning styles. We also offer Physical education, Art, and Spanish as weekly specials provided one day a week. Our center offers flexible enrollment options. We offer 2, 3 or 4 days a week, with the option for half day or full day. Contact us for more information.
Teaching
We offer private or semi-private tutoring services for elementary aged children in Reading, Writing and Math.
Private Tutoring
At VLA, we are now expanding and opening a program for middle school students. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for tweens/teens to socialize, learn, and grow. We offer a 2 or 3 day program (Monday-Wednesday) from 9:30am-2:00pm to fit the needs of homeschooled children. There is also a half day option. Children will be offered Art, Physical Education, and Spanish depending on the day they attend. We will also provide an opportunity for children to develop gratitude and empathy by planning, creating, and executing different acts of service. Contact us directly for more information.
Middle School Program
Are you looking to enhance your child’s homeschool experience? You can join our enrichment program where we offer Physical Education, Art Classes and Spanish Lessons. Classes are offered for students from Pre-K through 8th grade. Each class is held once a week for an hour. There are discounts when you sign up for more than one class.
